5 hour block for a flat rate

(EACH ADDT'L HOUR $25.00)

[NOTE: THERE'S A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH IS REQUIRED WHEN YOU SIGN THE AGREEMENT CONTRACT. ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON OR BEFORE THE DAY OF THE EVENT.] If you choose the hourly rate, your deposit maybe applied to the first hour.

Please provide the expected date of your event, the time ( If you're interested in the 5 hour block please specify start and end time ex: 7pm- 12am), I will also need a description of your event ( Wedding,Birthday party, Reunion, etc.). Most importantly I will need contact information to confirm the availability of your date.
